With the season quickly approaching, we’re getting the fields ready and could use your help! On Saturday, March 21st, we’ll be holding a Clean-Up Day at Old Tavern Park to prepare the complex for the Spring season.
We encourage any parents who are available to stop by and lend a hand with a task or two. We’ve created a SignUpGenius page that lists some of the projects we’re hoping to complete.
One of the bigger projects this year is treating the wood on the new backstop at Roche Field and the stairs leading up to the Roche score booth. If anyone has equipment that could help make this project easier, please let us know.
Clean up will start at 9:00 AM and we hope to wrap up no later than noon. You’re not obligated to stay the entire time—any amount of time you can give is greatly appreciated.
