Hello Orange Little League/Amity Little League families, information about this Saturday’s picture day with All-Star Photography.
On Saturday, all you need to do is give the photographer your player's name and team name and they will be able to find you in the Team Roster provided to them already. Once your picture is taken, you will receive an email from the photographer with a link when your picture is ready for viewing. You do not have to place any orders before the pictures are taken on Saturday and no money is needed until you purchase packages online when the pictures are available. Please note that the emails from the photographer will go to the email address on file when you registered your player.
We have tried our best to schedule teams before your games on Saturday, if possible. Please note that no "TEAM" photos will be taken on Saturday, the team photo will be a compilation of individual photos put together by the photographer. Therefore, your player does not have to be present at the designated time on Saturday in order to be in the team photo (as long as they come at some point on Saturday). Just FYI, individual photos are available for purchase fairly quickly after they are taken, but compiled team photos may take a little longer to be put together.
If you are unable to come at your team’s designated time on Saturday, you can bring your player anytime between 7:30am and 2:00pm, and you will have the opportunity to have your player’s photo taken. To keep the schedule running smoothly, we are discouraging entire teams from coming all at once outside of their designated photo time, but any individual players who cannot make their allotted time are welcome to come when they are able. Siblings are also welcome to have their individual photos taken at the same time to save families from coming back numerous times.
Some picture times may go beyond the allotted time, so we thank you in advance for your patience on Saturday as we are photographing all our 450+ baseball/softball/TeeBall players. If it does not rain, pictures will be taken between OT-1 and OT-2, please report to the field at your designated time. If it rains, the photos will be taken in the room behind the Plaskowitz snack stand.
Have the players wear their full uniform and bring their glove and baseball bat! Coaches, you will have your pictures taken also, so please wear your shirts and hats too!
We will have a make-up day in the next week or so, date TBD.
If you are a graduating OLL/ALLS player, please make sure you are at picture day this Saturday in order to be on the graduating banner that we hang up at the complex for the remainder of the season. The picture make-up day will not be in time before we order banner. They have to be there on Saturday at any time between 7am and 2pm to get their picture taken.
