On Saturday, you will receive from the photographer a paper with a QR Code that is specifically assigned to your player. This QR Code can be used for quick access to the online gallery specifically set up for each individual player. (You will also receive an email with a link to your photo gallery once the pictures are available). You do not have to place any orders before the pictures are taken on Saturday.
We have tried our best to schedule teams before your games on Saturday, if possible. Please note that no team photos will be taken on Saturday, the team photo will be a compilation of individual photos. Therefore, your player does not have to be present at the designated time on Saturday in order to be in the team photo (as long as they come at some point on Saturday).
If you are unable to come at your team’s designated time on Saturday, you can bring your player anytime between 7:30am and 2:30pm, and you will have the opportunity to have your player’s photo taken. To keep the schedule running smoothly, we are discouraging entire teams from coming all at once outside of their designated photo time, but any individual players who cannot make their allotted time are welcome to come when they are able. Siblings are also welcome to have their individual photos taken at the same time to save families from coming back numerous times.
Some picture times may go beyond the allotted time, so we thank you in advance for your patience on Saturday as we are photographing all our baseball/softball/TeeBall players. If it does not rain, pictures will be taken between OT-1 and OT-2, please report to the field at your designated time. If it rains, the photos will be taken in the room behind the Plaskowitz snack stand.
Have the players wear their full uniform and bring their glove and baseball bat! Coaches, you will have your pictures taken also, so please wear your shirts and hats too!
We will have a make-up day on 5/7/24 from 4-6pm and if necessary, again the following week.
If you are a graduating OLL/ALLS player, please make sure you are at picture day this Saturday or at the 5/7/24 make up day in order to be on the graduating banner that we hang up at the complex for the remainder of the season.
